Making Cultural Education More Accessible
Education should be free and fun. When we tried to teach our children Gujarati, we saw how few resources there are out there (and how expensive it can be be), so we decided to make our own resources. This website is the culmination of those resources. In this website you will find 2 things:
1. Free Downloadable Festival Books, Gujarati Worksheets, and Activities.
While it is fairly easy to find English alphabet worksheets and tools online, we found it difficult to find those same products in Gujarati. We created these Gujarati worksheets for our children and wanted to share them with you! So go ahead-- download as many sheets as you want. And share your culture (and language) with your kids.
2. Interactive Blog with Weekly Updates.

When we saw how difficult it can be to inspire love for Gujarati (and Indian culture in general) into our American-born kids, we decided to make some books for our kids to help make cultural learning more fun (and accessible). Just remember, these are home-made books for our children, so if any of the books have errors or mistakes feel free to let us know (in a kind way).
The alFOBet Book
Explore the Gujarati alphabet through poems and stories with this book. Each Gujarati letter is connected to a unique poem and story. The story is in Gujarati while the poem is in English. Whether you have a baby who just wants to look at the photos, a toddler who loves the rhymes, or a teen who wants to practice reading Gujarati stories, this book has it all!
